We work together with event organizers and suggest the best solution depending on the scale of the event(s).

How long will it take for the NFC Wristbands to be delivered?

The delivery timeline for NFC wristbands can vary based on factors such as the scale of the event and whether the wristbands are custom branded or unbranded.

Typically, unbranded NFC wristbands are delivered within 1-2 weeks after placing your order, while custom branded ones may take between 2-4 weeks from order confirmation and design approval.

How secure is WristWrist?

WristWrist offers the best solution to make cashless payment smooth and faster through the usage of NFC wearable technology. We also partner with ISO and PCI-DSS certified payment processors.

How do I top up my wristband?

To top up your wristband, you can either scan the QR Code on your wristband, or visit the URL on your wristband. You will then be redirected to our top up page where you will select how much money you want to add on your wristband, and which payment method you want to use.

How do I get refunded?

You can request for refund anytime after the event has ended and shall receive it on your Mobile Money or Airtel Money upon request.
